These are amazing! I often just end up wandering around my house aimlessly or searching for a cat whilst on a break. 'Searching for a cat' may be added to one of my blank ones though... Thank you so much, Eliza.

That's always been me too, Becky! Funny that we also need reminders on how/when to relax, but. 'Pet My Pet' would be a great addition to the cards, I love that.

Thank you for this gift, Eliza, and for allowing us to download the graphics. Just what this "needs a break" person can use.

Of course, so glad to share and anything to help you get MORE breaks. :)

what a great idea! I'll have to make a set of my own...now, if I will only actually do some of these things.

I hope you do! I think their usefulness is in making sure they're actually things you want to do (so not TOO many chores, haha)...your version of restfulness will be totally unique to you. It also helps to make a cute little envelope to tuck them into after each break session. :)

Thanks Anne!

I suspect mine will have bears on them. This will be an added inducement to actually use them.

Thank you for these wonderful break cards, Eliza! I love them! I'm with Mary- I'll be adding "work on a puzzle" (crossword, sudoku, kenken, jigsaw) to my cards!

You're welcome, and yes!! Can't believe I forgot that with Wordle being one of my usual break puzzles. Will definitely be adding "puzzle time".
