One podcast I might recommend for those necessary periods of low-stimulation is British author Melissa Harrison's "The Stubborn Light of Things", a one-year project recorded during 2020 that follows her on walks around her Suffolk countryside, hears guest recordings from other writers, and focuses on a different introspective theme per episode (i.e. Ritual, Mystery, Stillness, etc.). I cannot recommend it highly enough!
